Terms of service

Agreement

By accessing or using GuestGap, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. GuestGap is an operations platform that helps short-term rental hosts request turnover cleaning and helps independent cleaners receive job assignments, quotes, and payments.

Who may use GuestGap

• Hosts may submit turnover requests for properties they are authorized to manage.
• Cleaners (providers) must provide accurate profile information and maintain any credentials or approvals required by GuestGap before accepting paid jobs.
• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.

Our role

GuestGap coordinates intake, quoting, scheduling, messaging, and payment flows. Cleaners are independent service providers, not employees of GuestGap. GuestGap does not perform cleaning work and does not guarantee availability of any particular cleaner or time slot.

AI-assisted features (qualification, quoting, matching, screening summaries) support operations staff and users; important decisions such as assignment and payouts may require human review unless you enable automated policies where offered.

Bookings and payments

• Quotes and prices are based on information you provide; material changes may require a new quote.
• Hosts pay through Stripe Checkout unless another payment method is explicitly offered.
• Cleaner payouts, where enabled, are processed through Stripe Connect or equivalent payout rails.
• Cancellation and refund handling depends on job status and operational policy; contact support for disputes.

Scheduling and calendar sync

Cleaners may optionally connect Google Calendar so GuestGap can check for conflicts and add confirmed turnover windows to their calendar. Connection is voluntary. Disconnect at any time from your cleaner portal. See our privacy notice for how calendar data is used.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact, property, and availability information.
• Use the service lawfully and respect other users.
• Do not attempt to bypass payments, scrape the platform, or interfere with security.
• Obtain any property access, insurance, or licenses required for your role (host or cleaner).

Reviews and content

Feedback you submit after a job must be honest and relevant. GuestGap may remove content that is abusive, fraudulent, or violates these terms.

Disclaimer

GuestGap is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service, except where liability cannot be excluded by applicable law.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-product notice where appropriate.
